Welcome!
Our family house is situated in La Patimedda, a small hamlet 5 kilometers distance from San Teodoro. Five minutes drive from the centre of the town and its amazing nightlife, our tiny village still keeps a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
Accommodation
Two double en-suite rooms are available. We serve the traditional Italian breakfast in our dining room or al fresco, in the large veranda. A private car park is also available, along with the family garden, which our guests are welcome to use.

Getting there
The SS125, namely “Orientale Sarda” and the large highway 131 DCN Olbia/Nuoro are the main routes to get to La Patimedda.
From Olbia towards San Teodoro
- Take the high road 131 DCN Olbia/Nuoro, and go ahead for until the junction to San Teodoro.
- Once reached the roundabout, turn to the right on the SS125, and go on for 2,5 kilometers towards Budoni.
- Once arrived in Straulas, after the LD Supermarket, the local food store along the road, take the the first to your left.
- Go straight for 200 meters, you are arrived.
From Nuoro/Siniscola towards Olbia:
- Driving on the high road 131 DCN towards Olbia, take the junction to Agrustos,
- At roundabout urn to the left on the SS125 “Orientale Sarda”, go ahead for 7 kilometers towards San Teodoro.
- Once arrived in Straulas, turn to the left to La Patimedda, just before the Supermercato LD, the local food store,
- Go straight for about 200 meters, you are arrived
